If there is a problem with your order please call us at 410.578.1119 between 10 am and 5pm EST. We’ll correct the problem immediately.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less shipping), provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax in Maryland, which is where we are located.

If you are a tax-exempt instituition, we will need a copy of your Exemption Certificate faxed to us. Please fax it to 410.578.0058.

Security Information
We care about the security of your financial information. To ensure the privacy of sensitive information, we use Global Sign technology to secure our site which translates to the highest level of encryption possible. Credit card account numbers and other confidential information cannot be intercepted or altered. Also, credit card numbers are not stored in our database.

Shipping and Handling
We ship all orders within 72 hours of when you place your order (Monday through Friday). You will receive an email updating you on the date it ships. Depending upon your location, your order should arrive within 1 to 6 business days from when you receive the ship date email.

We ship by UPS and need to have a physical street address - they will not deliver to PO boxes.

If your order is delivered to you with obvious damage, please do not open the package. You may refuse the package and have the carrier return the package to sender. Please call 410.578.1119 to let us know so we can arrange a replacement shipment

Privacy Policy
We won’t share your contact information. During the checkout process, we collect your ordering information to process your order and so you can check out quicker the next time you shop with us. No credit card information is stored for security reasons.

eCeramica is a gift service of Baltimore Clayworks and will be introducing new product lines by our current eCeramica artists as well as introducing new artist works throughout the year. We may email you announcements from time to time for these exciting new items. We also will be sharing news on exhibits or events happening here at Baltimore Clayworks. These emails will include an opt-out option. If you wish to be removed from receiving them, simply click on the “please remove me from your mailing list” option and you will be removed from the mailing list within 30 days.
